LTrain's favorite bodybuilder is Flex Wheeler. He first met in in 1997 at the firehouse in Venice."He's the one bodybuilder that comes in at a lighter bodyweight and dominates his competition."

Lionel models himself after him in his physique and hopefully his career. LTrain wants to win the USA, Arnold, and Olympia all in one year - Starting with next year's USA championships. Bring in the fire. He's working on adding some extra mass this off-season with the goal of competing at a shredded 215 lbs. in 2003.
